PRIVACY AND TERMS

Your work stays on your device.

Plain answers about what the site keeps, what it never does, and the ground rules for using it.

In short

ITSMverse has no accounts and no server that stores your work. What you type is kept in your own browser. We do not receive it, we do not track you, and the pages make no network requests for your data.

What stays on your device

The site uses your browser's local storage so your work is still there when you come back. This is never sent to us.

What we do not do

  • No accounts, sign-in or email capture.
  • No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no cookies for tracking.
  • No sending your plans, scenarios or answers to a server.
  • No fonts, scripts or images loaded from other sites.
  • No use of AI on what you type. Results follow fixed rules.

Links to other sites open those sites, which have their own policies.

If you send feedback

The Feedback page builds a short report in your browser. Nothing is sent until you choose to copy it or send it yourself. It adds your browser type, screen size and the site version so a problem can be understood. Include only what you are comfortable sharing, and avoid personal or confidential information in descriptions. If you email hello@itsmverse.com, we will use your message and address only to reply and to improve the site.

Your choices

  • Keep a copy: use the backup option in the Workbench.
  • Move to another device: import that backup there.
  • Remove everything: clear this site's data in your browser settings. This cannot be undone, so back up first if you need your work.
